My work helps people build emotional awareness and communication skills using practical tools from the RULER Approach, mindfulness, and language-based therapy. Together, we uncover what emotions are trying to communicate and learn how to respond with calm and clarity, creating real change at home, in school, and in everyday life.

The RULER Approach
I use the RULER Approach, a research-based framework from Yale University that teaches emotional intelligence. RULER stands for Recognizing, Understanding, Labeling, Expressing, and Regulating emotions. These are the core skills that shape how we think, learn, and relate to others. In sessions, these skills become practical tools that help children and adults notice what they feel, put it into words, and respond with awareness instead of reaction.
