My work helps people develop emotional awareness and communication skills using tools from the RULER Approach, mindfulness, and language therapy. Together, we uncover what emotions are trying to say and learn how to respond with calm and clarity — creating real change at home, in school, and in everyday life.

The RULER Approach
I use the RULER Approach, a research-based framework from Yale University that teaches emotional intelligence. RULER stands for Recognizing, Understanding, Labeling, Expressing, and Regulating emotions — the core skills that shape how we think, learn, and relate to others. In sessions, these steps turn into real-life tools that help children and adults notice what they feel, express it clearly, and respond with awareness instead of reaction.
