About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by the space between what we feel and what we do.
As a speech-language pathologist, I saw early on that behind every behavior, there’s an emotion waiting to be understood.
My work brings that awareness to life. I help children and adults recognize what they’re feeling, find the words for it, and respond in ways that create calm, confidence, and understanding. Using tools from the RULER Approach, mindful communication, and language therapy, I guide clients to notice what’s happening inside so they can change what’s happening outside.
Each session is practical, calm, and personal. Some people come to manage reactions, others to communicate better, and some simply want to feel more in control of their emotions. Wherever we start, the goal is always the same — to understand yourself so you can understand others.
