I am a speech language pathologist who works with boys, teens, and men when emotions, behavior, or relationships are difficult to understand and explain.

A clear, human mirror.
I learn how the person sees the world, what sets a reaction in motion, and what he may not yet know how to say. I then reflect those patterns without judgment.
The goal is not to tell someone who he is. It is to help him become curious about what happens, decide what is working, and build language and responses that serve him better.
Stay curious, not judgmental
I reflect what I notice without deciding what a person should feel. He can then ask whether the pattern is helping him.
Bring the work into daily life
We practice clearer language and responses. When appropriate, I help parents understand the same patterns and support the same skills at home.
